We educate and inform customers with industry articles and buyers guides, so they know exactly who to look for. Customers can browse profiles, or they can let us do the hard work through our proprietary matching technology.

Quotify Process

Using our matching technology, we match your profile only those customers who are looking for the kind of work you perform. The criteria we use will vary depending on the industry, but typically job type, size of the work and the location of the customer (down to the exact postcode) are all used to help profile.

Once we find customer who match your profile we'll send you an SMS, e-mail and/or a fax with all the details of the customer and the work they are looking for. All you need to do is call them, win the job and get started.

For each customer, we promise three quotes, so we will match each customer to up to three businesses. This not only helps the consumer in providing them with genuine choice, but also helps suppliers by keeping the cost down.

An important part of Quotify is ratings. We ask every customer who is matched on our network to rate their experience of suppliers they are matched to, and we pass the information on to you. We showcase ratings on profile pages, and suppliers with higher ratings are preferentially matched to consumers.

  • What if I go on holidays?

    No worries! If you're on holiday, or it's just a quiet time, you can turn off Quotify's matching at any time through your web control panel.

    What if you're so busy that you simply don't need any more work right now? Just turn us off until you need us again.

  • Are there ongoing costs?

    We have a strict 'pay-per-lead' policy which means you only pay for the leads you are matched to. There are no joining or setup fees, and you can start and stop receiving leads at any time.
